A home care agency is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter/Branch Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the hiring of qualified caregivers while ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers to meet the agency's staffing needs.
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient and effective hiring pipeline.
• Travel between our White Plains and Yonkers offices several times a week.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations as required.
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
